An old art, a quiet room
Thai massage has been practised for centuries. Rather than gliding oil strokes, the therapist uses palms, thumbs, forearms and knees to press along the body's energy lines, then guides you through slow, supported stretches. You stay fully relaxed while your body is gently opened, from the hips and hamstrings to the shoulders and spine.
How you will feel afterwards
- Looser through the hips and lower back
- Lighter, more upright posture
- Clear-headed and quietly energised
- Relief from the stiffness of long desk days
Traditional or oil
Traditional Thai massage is performed in soft, loose clothing that we provide. If you prefer, choose Thai oil massage, which blends acupressure with warm oil strokes. Both are available in 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.
Make it an evening
Finish your Thai massage in the jacuzzi suite, or begin with a Moroccan bath for a longer visit.

What should I wear?
We provide comfortable clothing for traditional Thai massage.
Are your therapists Thai-trained?
Yes. Our Thai massage team is trained in the traditional technique, and Thai is one of the languages we speak.
